ORYX Gaming Entered The US Market

3 minutes read

Bragg Gaming Group, a large iGaming company that owns Oryx Gaming, is looking to strengthen its presence in the US and Canadian markets with a deal with Spin Games, a major gaming content provider based in Nevada. As part of the new deal, Bragg Gaming will acquire Spin Games for approximately 30 million dollars, a sum that will be paid out in cash and company stock. Bragg said the new deal is fully aligned with the company's roadmap, which includes plans to expand its operations in the United States. Notably, Bragg Gaming previously served primarily the European gambling market.

Bragg Gaming Acquire Spin Games

Launched in 2012, Spin Games is a major gaming content developer headquartered in Reno, Nevada. Having worked as a game provider for providers like IGT in its early days, Spin Games then focused on developing its own gaming platforms. Having introduced several technologies including ROC, RGS and MIG, Spin Games has made significant progress in the areas of mobile gambling and 3D gaming using HTML5. With over 40 titles in its portfolio, the developer boasts high-end slots, video poker machines, bingo, and keno options that are highly regarded by players around the world.

What makes Spin Games special is that the company has partnered with many big US casino operators including BetMGM/Roar Digital, Caesars, FanDuel, Golden Nugget and many more. Thanks to the new deal, Bragg Gaming will be able to use these connections to cross-sell their own products, developing the direction of production of gaming content aimed at the American market. In turn, their subsidiary Oryx Gaming will be able to supply its games and software solutions to online casinos and bookmakers, expanding its presence in a potentially lucrative regulated market. Spin Games has already provided Bragg Gaming with all the necessary know-how to greatly simplify and accelerate its US deployment. Spin Games representatives expressed their delight in joining Bragg and are ready to play a decisive role in the strategy of further development of the combined company.
