Amusnet has retained its position as Bulgaria’s leading software company in the 2026 edition of the Digitalk 101 ranking. The recognition marks the second consecutive year in which the gaming technology provider has finished first in the software category.
The latest ranking is based on companies’ financial results for 2025 and evaluates software businesses according to revenue generated from software development and sales. Amusnet also placed fourth in Bulgaria’s broader ICT ranking, behind the country’s three major telecommunications operators.
Amusnet Retains the Number One Position
The latest result follows Amusnet’s first-place finish in the previous Digitalk 101 software ranking. In 2025, the company was named Bulgaria’s leading software business after recording a 16% year-on-year increase in revenue.
Retaining the top position a year later comes as Amusnet celebrates its tenth anniversary. The company was founded in 2016 and has since expanded beyond its Bulgarian base into numerous international markets.
“Achieving this milestone in our 10th anniversary year reflects the strength of our business model, our talented teams, and the foundation we have built over the past decade. We remain committed to expanding globally and creating long-term value for the industry,” said Amusnet CEO Ivo Georgiev.
Gaming Technology Gains Ground in Bulgaria’s ICT Sector
The 2026 Digitalk 101 results arrive during a period of change for Bulgaria’s technology industry. According to Amusnet’s summary of the ranking, traditional IT services and outsourcing businesses are facing changing demand, while product-focused areas such as gaming, fintech and cloud infrastructure are becoming increasingly important contributors to the sector.
The shift places greater emphasis on profitability, scalable products and international expansion rather than growth based primarily on workforce size.
Amusnet’s development reflects that broader trend. According to the company’s corporate profile, its casino portfolio now includes more than 300 games and is available through over 2,000 operator websites across more than 35 markets. Its activities cover online casino, live casino and land-based gaming products.
